Join us for a follow-up to our Citizenship & Naturalization Information Sessions. Attorneys and paralegals will provide FREE legal assistance to lawful permanent residents eligible for naturalization.

Minimum Requirements for Eligibility**

• Green card holder for five years (three years if married to a U.S. Citizen);
• 18 years or older.

**Additional requirements will be discussed.

Spanish and Arabic interpreters will be available. Please call the number below if you need assistance with another language.

This clinic offers FREE legal assistance and individual consultations, with opportunities to have your naturalization application reviewed and completed. Important documents to bring include: immigration notices, resident alien card (green card), passport, criminal records, marriage certificate, most recent 1040 form, birth certificate, divorce decree and any other document related to your identity or immigration status.

Please note that these legal services will be provided FREE of charge but you will still need to pay the Department of Homeland Security application fee when submitting your naturalization application. You do not need to have this fee to attend the clinic.
